We accept payment cards.
Several fixed tour times per day are reserved for the online purchase of tickets to the caves. If the offered times do not suit you, tickets for OTHER tours during opening hours can be purchased at the cave ticket office. Entry times are not fixed in advance, they are organized according to the number of visitors.
Reduced admission
- students under 26 and seniors over 65 years (after showing ID).
Children's admission
- children between 3 and 15 years;
- disabled person over 15 years.
50 % of children's admission
- organized groups from Kindergartens;
- organized groups of disabled people between 3 to 15 years.
Free entry
- disabled person between 3 and 15 years, except group trips;
- accompanying people for visitors with special needs;
- children under 3 years.
AN EXTRAORDINARY GUIDED TOUR
in cave when out of opening hours is possible if operational conditions allow and the previous agreement with the Cave Administration has been reached. In such case minimal number of paying people in a group is 10, additional fee per person amounts 100 %.
No flash, no tripod and no selfie stick, please. It is strictly forbidden to use photos and/or video footage for commercial purposes.
